Shailesh has over 30+ years of experience in the field of accounting, taxation & management. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Articleship for Chartered Accountancy in Mumbai, India, he has worked in various positions as an Account Assistant, Accountant/Office manager to General manager. He has also been a mentor to new entrepreneurs, fresh graduates and students. After moving to the United States, Shailesh obtained his Enrolled Agent (Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards) license. Shailesh is also authorized, pursuant to written agreement with the IRS, to act as a Certifying Acceptance Agent (ITIN Services). Shailesh is passionate about his job as a Tax consultant and a Tax preparer as he gets to interact with new people and assist them in satisfying their tax responsibility.

Krishna Parikh, Office Manager / Tax Return Preparer

Krishna has over 3+ years of experience in the field of accounting & finance. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Management Information Systems from DePaul University, he has worked in various positions as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Analyst and Financial Analyst at public companies. He is currently on the verge of getting his Enrolled Agent License and is going to work towards his CPA soon after. Krishna has a career goal to have his own tax & accounting practice after obtaining his Enrolled Agent & CPA licensures.
